Note: Best when your prep meat with dry rub and put in refrigorator overnight!
SO plan ahead, prep the night before .
Ingredients:
1 large rack of pork ribs
(cut in halph, and sliced down in between each riblet)
Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
Your favorite Pork dry rub
(really any pork dry rub you can find at the store will do, they have spicy ones too)
tin foil
large baking dish
After preping the meat as mentioned above, rub the dry rub all over both sided of the ribs and inbetween, don't be afaid to go heavy on the dry rub. Put in large zip lock bags or wrap completely in celophane and put in refrigoratior over night.
So your are planning to have ribs , start cooking 5 hrs before you plan on eating!!!!
Set oven to preheat on 350 degrees.
In a bowl empty out the bottle of baby rays BBQ sauce and add 1 cup of water and mix (set aside)
Take1 long piece of tin-foil 4 inches longer then ribs and place in baking dish shinny side down.
Take ribs out of the baggies/celophane and place on tinfoil
Then take another long piece of tin-foil 4 inches longer then ribs . put over top of ribs( shinny side up) and cinch togeather the sides and back of the TWO pieces of tin-foil to enclose the ribs leaving open one side.
Pour half of the Baby Ray BBQ/Water mixture over top of ribs, then cinch the foil togeather in the front , go along all edges to ensure the tinfoil is cinched tightly (no leaks).
Put in oven for 5 hrs and forget about it! That is right....just walk away.....do not open peek!
When all your other side dishes are prepared and ready ( I suggest the Na Na's home made Fried Rice recipe) then......
Take the ribs out of the oven, pour the rest of the Ray BBQ/water mixture over the ribs, let sit for about 4 minutes then cut up ribs into (servable pieces ) 2- 3 ribs togeather.
Walla.......you have just made the PERFECT NO-FAIL BBQ ribs!!!!! Yummy!
Super easy clean up too, just throw the tinfoil in the gabage .....no baked on BBQ sauce to have to clean!!
