Broiled Garlic Parmasean Asparagus

This is super yummy and easy!

Fresh Asparagus  nice big bunch
snip off hard ends
5 cloves of garlic minced
2 tbls of olive oil
garlic salt
pepper
1 tsp of italian seasoning
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesean cheese

Lay fresh asparagus on pan with lip
drizzle olive oil on top
sprinkle fresh minced garlic cloves all over top
sprinkle garlic salt and pepper and italian seasoning all over top as well
gently toss and then seperate and lay them flat on the pan

about 7 minutes before you are ready to serve your main course.  Put oven on broil and set pan with asparagus under the broiler for approx 4 minutes, take out and toss again , put under broiler for 3-4 more minutes. 

Take out of oven trasfer to serving dish, sprinkle grated parmesean cheese and serve! 

I use to steam my asparagus ....never again!  This is now my favorite way to serve and eat asparagus!!!  It's a winner!
