you will need:
wondra (found in the store in a blue and white cardboard can ) in the baking supply section
all the drippings from the turkey (retreived from the bottom of the roasting pan)
salt/pepper to taste
fresh mushrooms (if desired)
on medium high heat continually wisk drippings , and wondra (keep adding wondra until the mixture thickens to a nice gravy consistency ( don't fret if it gets too thick you can always add chicken broth to thin it). mix in sliced fresh mushrooms until cooked through and serve, GREAT over the bread stuffing recipe and mashed potatoes!!!!
